The hotel staff were excellent! From front desk to concierge to housekeeping to maintence support staff! Applaud for their willingness to go the extra mile to help their guests. Greatly appreciate the effort and team spirit! Even though it could be just a small issue but they made it so easy for us. The nut on the crank was stucked and without special toolset it will be difficult to removed and it only took the maintenance staff 5 mins to remove it! It is not part of his job scope but he just do it and he makes our day! Many thanks for helping us if not we won't be able to put our bike inside the bike bag.

They have decent rooms and generally are very well kept and they are clean daily and we are happy with it although the furniture may look abit vintage but still good conditions. The hotel looks new, comfortable lobby rest areas and they do have one of the best swimming pool and jacuzzi in Subic Bay! It's small and nice and well kept pool. I ran around Subic Bay and checking out on all other hotels and I realised that Mansion Garden is one of the better hotel to stay in terms of comfort, relaxation and better quality facilities.
